The role of the CWO includes promotion of best practice regarding the Clubs responsibilities when running activities for children and young people; helping club personnel understand their duty of care towards young children; playing a key role in dealing with poor practice concerns in line with the clubs disciplinary process; and ensuring that Respect is understood and taken on board by the committee, managers/coaches, members, players and supporters. Please find all of our respect codes of conduct on the Club Document page. I would also like to hear from any players who have suggestions or ideas for improvements and/or events they would like to see at the Club.
