As a Charter Standard Youth Developement Club Hullbridge Sports F.C. is committed to ensuring, it's coaches, volunters and players are provided with a pathway for on going training and developement. The following is just some of the ongoing training iniatives that are being carried out at Hullbridge Sports.
FA Level One Courses [10 Nov @ 12:00am]
This is the minimum qualification that all Managers & Coaches must be working towards to coach any Hullbridge team. If you would like to get involved with the football club, we would like to talk to you. We would require you to under go this FA qualification as soon as possible. As part of the qualification you would also take Child Protection and Emergency Aid Certificates. If you are interested please speak to one of the following three people at the Club. Your team Manager / Mandy Addington, Child Welfare Officer / Peter Hanrahan Charter Standard Developement Officer.
Goal Keeper Training [18 Dec @ 12:00am]
Weekly training session are open to all Hullbridge Goal Keepers. This speacalist coaching session has been possible due to one of Hullbridges senior goal keepers, now taking his level one goal keeping qualification and starting to work with the clubs younger keepers. Sessions take place on a Monday evening at Lower Road,from 7pm - 8pm.
FA Level Two Football Course. [18 Dec @ 12:00am]
Hullbridge Sports would like a number of our level one coaches to start to think about working towards the Level Two Qualification. This can be by completing the Level Two qualification in the original way or by sitting the three modules of the New FA Youth Award. If you have any questions please speak with Peter Hanrahan, Charter Standard Developement Officer.
Referee Developement [10 Nov @ 12:00am]
As part of our workforce developement. We would encourage all those that would like to become a qualified referee to speak to Hullbridge Sports about completing the Essex FA Refereeing course. As a club we would like to support you through the course to ensure that you complete your qualification. If you are interested please contact Mark Bell, Youth Football Secretary.
The FA Youth Award [17 Jan @ 12:00am]
The FA have now rolled out Module1 & Module 2 of the FA Youth Award. Module 3 courses are soon available. This is another alternative pathway to obtaining a Level Two Football Qualification Hullbridge Sports would like to see a number of it's current level one coaches working towards level two by the middle of 2011. If you are interested in getting started on your level two award pls contact the Essex FA for full details.
Emergency First Aid [18 Dec @ 12:00am]
Emergency First Aid courses are available to all managers & coaches. If you are interested in obtaining the qualification pls contact Mandy Addington. Pls note that once the min level of team personnel are qualified, you may be asked to fund these course fees yourself.
