Sports Injurt Clinic [24 Nov @ 11:54am]

To all Managers and team members of Hullbridge Sports FC, I am writing to inform you that there will be a clinic available each Wednesday for all players to book into between the hours of 5pm – 7pm. The clinic will aim to actively rehabilitate current injuries and provide information on injury prevention methods for persistent and chronic injuries, including: Ø Progressive rehabilitation through each stage of injury Ø Management of injuries relating to growing pains Ø Prevention methods for repetitive ankle or knee injuries Ø Sports massage techniques for tight muscles; including pain relief for lower back and neck pain Due to problems with last season’s arrangements I can no longer accept walk-ins and therefore require players to book in advance to avoid disappointment. I hope that this will solve any issues suffered previously and provide a quick turn around for injured players during the season. Ice Packs - When to use ? [24 Nov @ 12:00am]

It is always best to use an ice pack on injuries to prevent further injury to the muscle or ligaments. We would incourage the use of reusable ice packs rather than the disposable type. Please see see Mandy Addington your Club Kit Officer for further details on the supply of reusable ice packs.
